Description：

The rigid setscrew coupling is composed of two semicircular cast-iron clamps and locked by bolts. Torque is mainly transferred by friction force. For reliable transmission, a flat key can be added. Features: convenient disassembly, simple structure, small transmission torque. By two flange semi-coupling bolt connection, semi-coupling shaft with key connection, convex shoulder, good to neutral; Split ring center, convenient assembly and disassembly; Bolt connection: refined bolt connection, clearance by friction; Bolts for reaming holes, closely matched by extrusion shear; Common materials: HT28-48 or carbon steel, heavy duty or V >30m/s when the application of cast steel or forged steel. Its characteristics: simple structure, can transfer large torque, widely used, suitable for shaft rigidity, neutral better occasions.
