Features:

NGC hydraulic couplings are widely used in the connection between ship shaftings. They are assembled and disassembled hydraulically without thermal expansion. During installation, two thick outer sleeves and thin inner sleeves whose mating surfaces are conical surfaces are assembled together. High pressure oil is injected into the mating conical surfaces to form an oil film between the mating surfaces. Move on the inner sleeve, after moving a suitable distance, release the oil pressure, the outer sleeve shrinks and presses on the inner sleeve, and a strong pressure is established between the inner sleeve and the shaft; when working, the pressure will generate friction, so that the hydraulic coupling The device has a strong torque transmission capacity.

NGC hydraulic couplings can be divided into cylindrical hydraulic couplings (NHC) and flanged hydraulic couplings (NHF). The cylindrical hydraulic coupling connects two shafts without flanges; the flanged hydraulic coupling connects one shaft without flange and one shaft with flange.
